We are very reasonable and we work with one goal in our mind... keep our customers happy with our service. However, there are times when things just don’t go as planned, such as a part failing prematurely. That’s when we feel it’s a golden opportunity for us to proof we truly mean what we say… we want to Make You Happy.

24 month/24,000 mile Warranty

With our "In-House" 24-month, 24,000-mile warranty covering most parts and services. We will replace defective parts listed on your invoice at no charge, or refund the cost (our choice), within the time period or miles (whichever comes first) noted on your invoice from the original date of service. Warranty limited to items charged for on your invoice. Warranty applies only as long as the vehicle is owned by the current owner. Any and all warranty repairs must be pre-approved.

Exclusions

  • In some situations, customers will elect, or we may recommend, to use a lower quality/cost part due to either expectations of the vehicle owner or budget reasons. In those cases, the warranty is only for the duration the manufacturer provides.

  • Used parts – most used parts have only a 90-day warranty. Larger used parts, such as an engine or transmission, will have varying lengths of warranty depending on the part supplier & age of the part.

  • We will be very clear about using any parts that fall outside of our normal 24/24 warranty prior to obtaining your authorization. The actual warranty of the “excluded” part will be clearly noted on the repair order.

FAQ

Q:  My car is still under warranty with the manufacturer. Can I still bring my vehicle to you for routine servicing (oil change, etc.)?

A: Yes, we are fully authorized to perform your vehicle’s required maintenance. According to the Magnuson Moss Act, your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty cannot require you to return to your vehicle to the auto dealer for routine vehicle maintenance.

If you have any questions about our guarantee, please ask. We endeavor to be as transparent as possible.
